Elan Wonen manages about 7,000 homes in Haarlem and Heemstede.

Just like any housing corporation, Elan Wonen also has to deal with the ambition of the Dutch government to be energy neutral by 2050. A tender was launched and Four Energy and istaDES emerged as the winner. We are allowed to heat 17 complexes with a total of almost 1,300 homes, including the Cornelia de Langestraat in Haarlem. In addition, istaDES manages the entire heat installation. The tenants conclude an energy contract with Four Energy, but the customer contact and the settlement of the energy costs are via istaDES.
