At the crossroads of the Lage Valkseweg – Edeseweg in Wekerom, 32 apartments have been realized. These apartments in the new shopping apartment complex ‘De Maalderij’ are supplied with heat by the owner of the heat system, ATL Property. Four Energy operates the heat system.
The apartment complex consists of a mix of homes owned and rented out by Woonstede and privately owned homes.
