Residents of the apartment complex in Amsterdam, which was completed in 2025, can visit this page for contact information and information about the energy system in the home. VvE Somerparc has signed a 25-year contract for the heat pump and Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage installation (ATES). This includes maintenance and maintenance. This means that during this period we ensure that this installation continues to work properly. Repairs and any replacements are included. For the WTW unit, only a maintenance contract has been concluded for the 25-year period. Any repairs or replacements to the WTW installation are not covered by the contract that VvE Somerparc has concluded with Four Energy.
